We can ship with any carrier to just about any location anywhere in the world. If you have an immediate need for speedy shipment, such as; overnight or two day delivery, we can help you with that. WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?
There are many ways that you could pay for your purchase. The quickest method of completing a transaction is through Paypal. Paypal allows customers who have, or do not have, a Paypal account to pay for items through their service. Paypal provides the customer with options to pay through a Paypal account, a bank account or with a credit card. Paypal does all of the account processing. Just check Paypal as your preferred method of payment and you will receive all the instructions on how to process your payment directly from Paypal. Remember, you do not need to have, or open, a Paypal account to pay using this free service. If you don't want to use Paypal, we also have another credit card processing company that you can use at checkout.

DO YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?
We want you to be happy. If for any reason the item yo receive is defective, you can notify us of that fact in writing within twenty four hours of receipt of the item and we will give you a full merchandise credit upon return of the piece. Not only will we give you the 100% credit, but we will add an extra 25% onto that amount for your troubles.

WHAT TYPE OF PRODUCTS DO YOU OFFER?
Glad you asked! Our parent company, Internet Art Gallery (www.internetartgallery.org), started out years ago dealing in fine art. We have experience finding pieces of artwork for buyers from around the world. We have had dealings with buyers, sellers and dealers all over the globe. We have established a network of sources for acquiring artwork from dealers in France, Spain, Great Britain, Canada and many other countries. We have also started carrying fine art reproduction pieces in order to bring the world of fine art collecting to the "non-rich" majority of the public. Jewelry Dreams was created in response to satisfying the requests of our existing clients who we have been dealing with for years in the realm of fine art collecting. We starting getting inquiries from some of our art customers, such as; "if you can get me art work at such good prices could you do the same with other beautiful things I'd like to own also?". As a result we surveyed our friends and clients and found that there was a desire in the community for affordable jewelery and collectibles. A new line that we have starting carrying a few years ago is "collectibles". These items are not just sports related (autographed items, clothing items, photos, prints, etc.) but we also have a large collection of military items, historical, political and entertainment memorabilia, gold, silver and bronze collector's coins, flags and many other items to vast to list here. DO YOU SELL ONLY HIGH PRICED PIECES OF ART?
Absolutely not! We do have some "higher priced" items but those are usually original paintings, lithographs or sculptures created by master artists (I.E. - Dali, Chagall, etc.). In order to enable all persons interested in art to start, or add to their collection, for this website we have selected many pieces that are very reasonably priced. These include original pieces as well as reproduction pieces. You will also find that we list our art work well below below the prevailing market rates for almost all of our items.

WHAT IS A REPRODUCTION?
A reproduction or replica is a term used to described a piece of art work that is made from the original piece after an artist makes and publishes the original. Hence, sometimes you will see these type of pieces described as "after" pieces. Many of these pieces are just as beautiful as the original but will contain a reproduced signature (signed in the plate) rather than an original signature of the artist. Although we have seen some reproduction pieces sold by other galleries in the hundreds, or even thousands of dollars, our position is that defeats the who purpose of creating reproductions in the first place.

WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED?
Items will be shipped within three business days of your payment. However, if you select a special order item (such as an item specifically personalized for you) that can take longer and we would communicate with you regarding expected customization times.

DO YOU GIVE A DISCOUNT ON SHIPPING OF MULTIPLE ITEMS?
Yes, we do combine shipping costs for multiple items purchased. You should count on paying the amount of the highest listed shipping & handling charge of your selected items and then we will figure out how much we can discount the charges for the additional items. Without knowing what particular type of item we are talking about, it is impossible to give a combined shipping cost estate in this FAQ. However, as a general principle, the easier (and cheaper) the item can be sent, the less the additional shipping cost will be. Here is a couple of examples of what I mean about the combined shipping costs: EXAMPLE 1) You purchase two (2) photographs that can fit in the same envelope. In that case, your additional shipping charge would be, at most a couple of dollars. EXAMPLE 2) You purchase two (2) framed pieces of art that weigh ten (10) pounds each. Since the shipping company sets the rates according to weight, you will be charge twice the amount as if one was shipped alone. Remember, if you ever have any questions regarding a potential purchase, and want to "talk" about it before you decide what to do, you can reach out and we can have a conversation about whatever is on your mind.
